CIEP Arrival Form

Once you have been admitted to the CIEP program you need to complete an arrival form. This provides important information to staff so we can plan for your arrival and make the transition to UNI as worry-free as possible. 

Please fill out the form below at least one-week prior to arrival.

Linen packets include a X-Long Comforter and Sheets, Standard Size Pillow, Twin Size Blanket, (1) Bath Towel, (1) Hand Towel (1) Wash Cloth 
  1. Linen packets contain extra long comforter and sheets that fit the beds in our on campus housing. 
     
  2. The cost of a linen packet is $75 which will be applied to your U-Bill.  
     
  3. If you order a linen packet and you live on campus, it will be delivered to your dorm and can be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. 
     
  4. If you live off campus and would like a linen packet you will need to pick this up at our office at 113 Maucker Union during normal office hours.  Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 4:30.
