Resident Residents of the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area who would like to improve their English skills are welcome to apply at UNI CIEP!Residents receive a 50% scholarship for CIEP tuition, and will pay for an application fee of $75. Residents of the area can enroll in the lecture and lab of the class level that CIEP offers per session. Additional University Mandatory Fees All UNI students are responsible for paying university fees in addition to tuition which grant access to UNI campus services.
