F-1 Student Severe Economic Hardship Request
Read the Economic Hardship information before completing the request form. You must meet with the Immigration & Advising Coordinator to review and submit your application.
- Attach a copy of the personal statement and any supporting documentation
- Copies of current and previous I-20s
- Paper or electronic copy of the I-94 form
- Copy of the F-1 visa page (except Canadians) OR approval of change of status to F-1 (I-797) if applicable
