Temporary Absence | Less Than Five Months
- If you will be outside the U.S. during a term in the academic year, you must report the absence to the Immigration & Advising Coordinator prior to departure
- The Immigration & Advising Coordinator must report this absence in SEVIS, especially if you will not be enrolled
- If you wish to enroll part-time and remain present in the U.S. for a portion of the term, you must submit a Reduced Course Load form at the beginning of the term
